About the role

As a Designer, you will play a key role in enhancing eLearning content with visually engaging animations and graphics. Your responsibilities will include producing simple yet effective animations that make technical material more accessible and visually appealing. Collaborating closely with the development team and subject matter experts, you’ll identify opportunities for animation, transforming complex information into clear, engaging visuals. This role is perfect for a designer who thrives on creativity, detail, and independent work. This temporary position is expected to last at least for 6months, with potential for extension. You are expected to visit the office in Turku at least once per week.

  • We are looking for
  • Relevant educational background in design, multimedia, or a related field
  • Experience in animation and proficiency with animation software such as Adobe Animate, After Effects, or similar tools
  • Ability to produce high-quality visual and instructional content
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in a similar role or relevant projects, whether through internships, freelance work, or personal projects, is highly valued. Please include a portfolio showcasing your work with your application.
