Are you ready to be part of something groundbreaking? At IQM, we’re on the cutting edge of the next technological frontier, and we’re looking for Digital Product Designer. Your primary responsibility will be collaborating with our product team to lead the design efforts for IQM Resonance. IQM Resonance is our new cloud service, dedicated to accelerating your quantum computing exploration, research and innovation.

What will I be doing?
As a Digital Product Designer, you’ll be part of a team that’s shaping the future. Your work will include:
- Understand business goals and user needs. Translate business goals, challenges, and user needs into detailed designs that benefit all stakeholders.
- User research. Plan and conduct user and stakeholder interviews and apply other research methods to gather insights.
- Hands-on UX/UI design. Use modern design tools such as Figma to produce user flows , transform designs into interactive prototypes and polished UI designs, work together with software developers to bring those design into life.
- Facilitating stakeholder communication. Plan, arrange, and facilitate workshops and steer other practices to foster stakeholder communication and collaboration.
- Building product backlog. In collaboration with PO, develop and maintain a backlog of goals and features for the product to keep the team in the right path towards the product vision.
What skills do I need?
We’re looking for creative minds and problem solvers who are passionate about software development, so you will bring:
- Experience. Over 5 years of experience in designing digital products and services.
- Complex domain understanding. Ability to grasp and work within a complex domain like quantum computing.
- Holistic approach. You consider the entire service and all its components as interconnected and interdependent, rather than focusing on individual parts in isolation.
- Agile team experience. Experience working as a member of agile, autonomous, cross-functional teams.
- Conceptual translation. Ability to take abstract ideas and translate them into tangible concepts and features.
- Design ownership. Take responsibility for design decisions and communicate them clearly to stakeholders and PO.
- English fluency. Fluency in English, our primary communication language.
