Work tasks
In this position you will be helping a Service Designer to analyze and produce a report based on employee survey across five different topics in a certain employee group group across different market areas of Metso. Reports are written based on interviews and data and you might be able to participate in some of the interviews as well. Mostly your work will be focused on the reporting side.
We are looking for
- Relevant bachelor’s or Master’s degree (ideally you are finalizing your studies and looking for a project to do)
- Great IT skills, especially MS Office
- Fluent skills in English
- It is seen as an advantage if you have worked with similar analysis or surveys before and if you speak fluent Spanish or Portuguese. Also, knowledge utilizing GenAI is seen as an asset.
As a person you are:
- Precise and analytical
- You have eye for detail and notice trends and themes
- Team player, you are active and have good social skills

- Work extent: One month, ideally full time work (37,5h/week) but can be negotiated
