Are you an experienced UX Designer?

Our international B2B Product Design team is looking for new team member in Helsinki or Poznan to ensure the best class experience of WithSecure™ cyber security products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• You will own the Design System
• Designing visual components of the productDesigning UX flows, and wireframes for B2B cyber security product features
• Creating design prototypes for user validation and product development
• Participating in product development as a UX design representative
• Defining and documenting UX patterns and other guidelines
• You will collaborate closely with R&D

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 3 years of UX/visual design or design research experience
• Skills and willingness to work on visual design tasks
• A degree in a suitable field or equivalent professional experience
• You need to be up to date with the latest research in design system, user scenarios
• UX design portfolio demonstrating talent and excellent attention to user needs
• Proficiency in design, prototyping, collaboration, and presentation tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Illustrator)
• Understanding of Agile ways of working and experience in close collaboration with developers (we work in scaled agile)
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Bonus points
• Experience in product design for the B2B environment
• Understanding complex system design needs and collaboration with organizational stakeholders
