Hanna Wiik-Rosenqvist

I am trained as a textile artist, and started the company HW Textil in 2008, in Jomala on Åland, Finland.

I design and manufacture hand-tufted interior textiles as well as weave scarves, ribbons and other things.

Hand-tufted textile – Durable therefore environmentally friendly
In the planning and production of hand-tufted non-woven and art textiles, I prefer to work directly with the customer or with decorators, architects, artists and other artisans. Then unique, tailored interior design products can be created that perfectly suit the customer’s needs and wishes.

Weaving
In weaving, it is material and durability that are most important. I strive to use as environmentally friendly materials as possible, natural materials that are locally produced in a sustainable way. You can find both woven products and some of my hand-tufted creations at Viktor Crafts & Design in Mariehamn, Åland. I also have an online store where you can easily buy my products.
