Simultaneous transformation of culture and physical environment

The project began with a definition phase, during which the current state and needs were assessed. The transformation project itself consisted of several sub-projects, as it had to consider new IT, AV, and hybrid work solutions in addition to new working methods and spatial changes. Since significant changes were anticipated in both work practices and office spaces, an inclusive design process was used throughout the project. To support planning, Howspace’s digital platform was utilized to enable more agile interaction. As a result, almost the entire office is now a flexible space available for everyone, allowing employees to choose the workspace that suits them best. Workstations and meeting rooms can be reserved through a booking system, and sensors in the spaces monitor usage in real-time. Most of the renewed spaces were introduced at the end of 2021, with the final areas of this major project completed by summer 2022.The initial response from Airbus employees has been enthusiastic; teams and users, in particular, have greatly appreciated the vibrant color schemes, thematic spaces, and increased flexibility. My role:2020-2021: Interior designer2021-2022: Project manager

Interior design concept and marketing materials to support leasing

Me and my team are responsible for the renewal of the workplace and service concept for Areim’s Vallila Corner property. For example, several interior design concepts, a shared showroom, and diverse materials to support the leasing of the property have been developed for Vallila Corner. Additionally, interior design and consulting services for tenant modifications have been provided based on the created concept, and renovations have been carried out in break and corridor areas. The work started in early 2022 and is still ongoing.
