We are currently looking for a AI Designer / Sustainable AI Consultant to join our team. What does an AI Designer / Sustainable AI Consultant do?

The job of an AI Designer / Sustainable AI Consultant is to help clients generate sustainable business and end-user value from AI and analytics. This entails finding the most valuable business problems to solve, and then applying design methods, human insight, responsible AI expertise, and AI and analytics technologies to solve those problems. The AI Designer / Sustainable AI Consultant understands mechanisms that can be used to identify and manage the risks and impacts of analytics & artificial intelligence in organizations and stays on top of the latest advances in this field. As a AI Designer / Sustainable AI Consultant, you will work for instance with AI governance, responsibility, regulation & ethics related consulting & training, AI opportunity identification & evaluation, AI-enabled service development, and AI-program advisory.

• You have experience in using AI and analytics to create value for the business and the end users
• You have experience in helping organisations to create socially, environmentally, and economically sustainable AI solutions and larger AI transformation programs
• You have an understanding of the latest advances in AI governance, responsibility, regulation and/or ethics
• You have an understanding of modern data science, machine learning, and AI development
• You are comfortable educating senior leaders on AI and analytics
• You understand the basics of business models and business design
• You understand the basics of service design and appreciate the importance of human insight
• You have an agile and experiment-driven mindset

Currently some of our projects require knowledge of the Finnish language

For this role we are especially looking for candidates with solid experience and a proven track record.
