UX/UI Designer
Would you like to be a central part of a team that builds digital services for over a million active customers?
We’re looking for a talented and passionate UX/UI Designer to join our team, crafting digital services within Veikkaus’ Betting & iCasino business unit. The position is permanent and full-time. You’ll create designs that balance appealing visuals with seamless functionality across our mobile and web platforms, collaborating with design, marketing, and development teams to define exceptional gaming experiences.

Job Description and Requirements
As a UX/UI Designer, you focus on optimizing and improving our digital services today while also designing for the future, always seeking ways to innovate and elevate the user experience. You bring a user-centered approach, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data to inform your designs and are eager to validate and learn through experimentation. Small changes can have a big impact, while major innovations can transform the industry.
You care deeply about how services make users feel, bringing the brand to life with engaging gaming interactions that captivate and connect with users. Your curiosity goes beyond design-you’re interested in the underlying processes and technology that bring your work to life.
You won’t be doing this alone. Our team engages regularly with end users to understand their motivations and needs, ensuring continuous improvement.
Strong communication skills are essential to support our design transformation and convey the value we create. Equally important is your enthusiastic attitude toward collaborating with skilled developers and your commitment to delivering high-quality services.

What we expect from you
- 3+ years of professional experience and suitable degree
- Track record of creating user interfaces and visual elements for digital consumer services
- Experience in customer research
- Knowledge and interest in Sports betting is a big plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to share knowledge and design vision for the team
- Experience in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
The role is based in Helsinki at the headquarters of Veikkaus. Veikkaus prefers a flexible hybrid work model between a remote workplace and an office.
