Graphic Designer-Digital
OUR ROLE

We are now looking for a Graphic Designer – Digital to join our Brand & Communications team in Keilaniemi, Finland. In this exciting role, you’ll collaborate with passionate colleagues from packaging and industrial design, brand, channel marketing, and product management to bring our iconic products to life through compelling digital visuals. You’ll be hands-on in crafting engaging digital content that resonates with our global audiences and contributes to the legacy of one of Finland’s most beloved brands.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Keilaniemi, Finland, reporting to Emmi Kiuru, Sr. Brand & Communications Manager.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AT FISKARS
As a Graphic Designer – Digital, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the visual consistency and appeal of our digital brand communications. You’ll:
Develop and execute digital design assets (still and video) for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Support creative concepting and contribute to visual identity development for product launches.
Assist in master asset production and prepare digital content for vendor delivery.
Upload, tag, and manage digital assets using our DAM (Digital Asset Management) system.
Create mockups and visuals for customer and internal presentations.
Collaborate closely with product managers, sales, sourcing, and packaging engineers.
Partner with freelance designers when needed to ensure output quality and consistency.
Support the marketing team by creating consumer-relevant and customer-specific materials.
WHO YOU ARE
You bring creativity, structure, and curiosity into everything you do. You have a strong design sensibility and a passion for telling stories visually. You thrive in fast-paced environments, working across functions to deliver polished digital content.
You’ll succeed in this role if you have:
A degree in Graphic Design or a related field (4-year college degree or equivalent).
5+ years of experience in digital graphic design within a consumer goods brand or creative agency.
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and MS Office.
Experience with film editing, animation, typography, and layout.
A portfolio that demonstrates strong execution and visual storytelling.
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
Experience with DAM systems and digital asset production workflows.
