Graphic Designer-In store & POS
OUR ROLE
At Fiskars Group, we create timeless and innovative design that brings joy to everyday life. We’re now looking for a Graphic Designer –In-store & POS to join our Brand & Communications team in Keilaniemi, Finland. In this hands-on and creative role, you will help shape how our iconic products are experienced in-store and at shelf. You’ll collaborate with a passionate cross-functional team to bring compelling, on-brand visual content to life—from packaging to point-of-sale materials.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Keilaniemi, Finland, reporting to Emmi Kiuru, Sr. Brand & Communications Manager.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AT FISKARS
As a Graphic Designer –In-store & POS, you will be part of a high-energy team, working closely with packaging engineers, product managers, marketing experts, and designers to ensure visual storytelling aligns across touchpoints. You will:
Create and execute visual concepts for packaging and in-store merchandising that follow brand guidelines and meet marketing objectives.
Support new product launches and campaigns with engaging visual identities.
Develop mockups and samples for presentations and stakeholder approval.
Assist with photo/video production of master assets.
Prepare and deliver final design files for both digital and print formats.
Ensure consistency of brand look and feel across various packaging and POS deliverables.
Collaborate with freelancers or agencies when needed to meet deadlines and maintain design quality.
Manage and tag digital assets in our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
WHO YOU ARE
You are a detail-oriented creative who combines strong visual skills with practical problem-solving. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy seeing your work come to life on shelves and in the hands of consumers.
You’ll succeed in this role if you have:
A degree in Graphic Design or a related creative field.
At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within consumer goods or a creative agency.
A strong portfolio demonstrating your packaging and in-store design experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), Mac-based design tools, and MS Office.
A good understanding of print production processes, layout and typography.
The ability to manage multiple design projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills.
A passion for clean, purposeful design and visual storytelling.
