Junior Graphic Designer (Summer Role – Immediate Start)

Type: Full-time Summer Role with Potential for Long-Term Position

We’re looking for a detail-driven Junior Graphic Designer to join us for the summer — someone who’s confident in the Adobe suite, knows their way around colour profiles and clarity sliders, and loves making content look as good as it should.

You won’t be concepting or building brand directions — that part’s on us. You’ll be executing: editing images, prepping layouts, and formatting everything to be perfectly on-brand and production-ready. If you’re organised, efficient, and know what export settings to use without asking, we’d love to hear from you.

🌼 What You’ll Do

• Edit and prep Instagram images (retouching, resizing, format exporting)

• Tweak product photos in Lightroom/Photoshop (white balancing, sharpening, lighting consistency)

• Design layouts for emails, care cards, and website content

• Prepare print-ready files for posters, packaging inserts, and collateral

• Follow existing brand guidelines and design templates with pixel-perfect accuracy

• Manage and export creative assets in the correct formats and resolutions (web, print, email)

🧠 What You’ll Need

• Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, and Illustrator

• A solid understanding of colour spaces (sRGB, AdobeRGB), DPI/resolution, and export formats

• Strong attention to detail — you catch the things others miss

• Confidence working with layered files, templates, and grids

• Interest in content creation, design systems, and the creative process (without needing to lead it)

• The ability to follow direction and work fast without sacrificing quality
