Job responsibilities:

• Conducting user interviews, usability testing, and iterative design improvements based on user feedback.
• Creating scalable UX frameworks that adapt to different markets and cultures, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience for an international audience.
• Self-driven and independent leadership in UX decisions – able to take ownership of the design strategy from the ground up and drive the user experience with minimal guidance.
• Ambiguity and rapid iteration – thrives in a fast-paced startup setting, easily adapting to changing requirements and learning from quick experimental cycles.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills – capable of clearly articulating design rationale and working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life.

You might be a good fit for this role If you:

• Have more than 5 years of experience in UX design for digital products – particularly mobile applications – with a portfolio of successful, user-friendly projects that have been shipped to market. 
• Understand customer needs and can easily navigate customer experience to create intuitive, user-centered interfaces.
• Demonstrate a user-oriented and proactive mindset. 
• Possess excellent teamwork abilities but also enjoy working independently.
• Speak and write fluently in English.
• Able to work at Uusimaa region.
• No prior knowledge of the construction industry or home renovation is required – we will provide you with all the necessary training! Additionally, a plus but not a requirement if you have experience in coding.

Salary range: €5500–7000/month, depending on experience and skills.
