The role – Senior Interior Architect
We are looking for a talented Senior Interior Architect to join our growing team. The primary focus of this role will be on international hotel projects. You will get to contribute to high-profile projects across all design phases, from building concepts to producing technical drawings, renderings, and presentations. This position is located at our Helsinki office.
Key responsibilities
Lead and contribute to interior architecture projects through all phases, upholding Vertti & Co’s high design standards.Collaborate closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to develop solutions aligned with project goals. Prepare design presentations, 3D visualizations, technical drawings, and construction documentation. Effectively manage time to meet project deadlines while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative work environment. Conduct site visits and oversee on-site implementation when required.
What we’re looking for
Degree in Interior Architecture or a closely related field. Minimum 3 years of work experience. Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD (e.g. 3D Max and AutoCAD are an advantage). Strong design vision and conceptual talent. Ability to create innovative experiences and solutions, and to translate ideas into buildable designs. Ability to drive projects forward independently and proactively, and to occasionally lead client meetings. Fluency in English with great communication skills. Readiness for frequent international travel. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
