🛠️ What You’ll Do

Senior Product Design

• Personally lead and deliver complex design work across B2C, B2B and Provider Integration.
• Own end-to-end design from discovery to delivery on key initiatives.
• Translate business objectives and technical constraints into clear, scalable user experiences.
• Work within a structured prioritisation framework in close collaboration with Product, Engineering and Data.
• Use research and analytics to drive measurable improvements in conversion, usability and efficiency.

Cross-Platform Consistency

• Ensure consistency and clarity of user experience across consumer, professional and provider environments.
• Align design decisions across platforms while respecting their specific constraints.
• Balance shared standards with product-specific needs.
• Contribute to raising overall design quality across the product landscape.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor 3 Product Designers.
• Set clear standards for execution and delivery.
• Provide structure, feedback and prioritisation clarity within a focused team.
• Act as a senior reference point for complex design challenges.

Design System Evolution

• Own the evolution of the existing Design System (UX, UI, components, brand alignment).
• Ensure strong alignment between design standards and engineering implementation.
• Support scalable and consistent product development.

🔍 What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in product design.
• Strong hands-on experience delivering complex digital products from discovery to delivery.
• Proven ability to operate as a senior individual contributor while leading others.
• Experience working with and evolving a Design System.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering in a structured delivery environment.
• Ability to use research and analytics to support business impact.
• Strong ability to structure complex user journeys and translate them into scalable UI solutions.
• Clear communication and cross-functional alignment skills.
• Strong ownership mindset and comfort operating in a multi-product environment.

Recruitment Process

• Design Interview & Live Exercise – Review of past work and practical assessment of thinking and execution.
